All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
With the Cranfields collection being very extensive and constantly being added to the items presented online do not cover the entire range. Cranfields would be delighted to welcome you into any store to view the full range, or please email with any specific requests - photos and further information will be happily sent to you on any product.
Refunds and exchanges
Cranfields are happy to offer a full refund (less delivery costs) on any unsuitable product returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Post and Packaging Charges
Courier delivery to physical addresses within Australia incurs a fixed $12 charge regardless of their size or destination. Orders will be dispatched within three business days and delivery is usually made within five business days.
Cranfields also package and post internationally, please email or telephone to obtain a quote for this service.
Express Delivery Service
Express Delivery service is available please contact Cranfields direct to arrange this. The cost is calculated according to the weight and volume of the items being delivered.
Product Availability
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces not all items are always available. Cranfields endeavour to update the website with any out of stock items but occasionally orders are received before this time. You will be contacted as soon as possible with an approximate delivery date and to offer a refund if this delay is not acceptable.
Disclaimer
Cranfields are reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. However, there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.
Credit Card
Purchasing online with your credit card is the most convenient way of shopping. Simply fill in your details and the purchase will be billed to your account.

- The online payment system is completely safe; all of your credit card details are encrypted.
Gift Vouchers
Cranfields offer gift vouchers in all denominations – these can be purchased online or in person. If you have received a Cranfields Gift Voucher you can redeem it by buying anything but this transaction can not be processed online. Please contact your nearest store for redemption.
Gift Wrapping
Cranfields offer their signature gift-wrapping complementary with any order. Please check on the order form if you would like this service.
Receipt
At the end of the transaction you will be presented with a receipt number. You will also be sent an email confirming this receipt number and estimated delivery date as soon as your order has been finalised.
Offline Payment
If you are still not comfortable purchasing online, that's fine. Please just fax or phone us your details. Please ensure you provide a full description noting code and if relevant size and colour and all contact and delivery information.
